Sriracha Started my Career in Food

This sriracha recipe was the first recipe I ever posted. It launched my blog back in 2010. My friend suggested I submit it to a recipe contest at a new community site, Food52.com. It was a finalist–losing to a barbeque sauce.

But it also launched my career in food television. Fifteen years later, I’m still at it!
